Whether they know it or not, your kids love gymnastics!  They hang on bars, balance on the curb and do cartwheels in the back yard!  Let them spend the Summer with Eagle's Wings Athletics learning and improving the skills they already love to do in a fun and safe environment!

General Information: EWA Summer Gymnastics Camp provides a quality program that encourages kids to set personal goals, challenge themselves and develop good sportsmanship and team work skills.  We utilize our summer camps to achieve all these things! Your athlete will get to participate in a variety of activities while at  Eagle's Wings Athletics including Gymnastics, Tumbling, Agility Training, Games, Sport Activities, Field Trips and more!

Eligibility: Children must be at least 3 years old and completely potty trained by the start of camp. No Pull-Ups or Diapers are allowed.  No exceptions

What to Bring: Camp T-shirts must be worn when going off-site for security purposes. Please bring a full change of clothes for each camper as accidents can happen. Campers should bring a sack lunch, a snack, and a refillable water bottle. All medications and special instructions must be signed into the office on your child's 1st day of camp each week. Please be sure to label all items brought to camp with your child's name, including your camp T-shirt.

Water Wednesday: Our trip to the park and splash pad takes place in the AM session only. Due to the Texas weather we do our best to keep campers out of the peak hours of sun and heat each day while still enjoying some time outside. We always recommend a refillable water bottle for campers and encourage them to get drinks frequently. Campers should have sunscreen, towel and bathing suit for water days and field trips.

Field Trips: Each Thursday we have a field trip planned.  Field trips are not required, and staff will be at the gym for campers not attending.  Field Trips are included for campers signed up for full weeks camps, half or full day.  Please let us know on Monday if your child will be attending the field trip.  Campers only attending select days can attend field trips but it is an additional cost of $30 for the field trip.  Payment is due by pick-up time on Wednesday.

Campers must wear their camp shirt on Thursdays if they are attending the field trip.  If they do not bring theirs, they will be given a new one and your account will be charged $15.

Drop Off & Pick Up: Each child will need to be signed in and out by a parent/guardian at the sign-in table and will be issued a numbered wristband. The parent/guardian will be given the number to use during pickup. If someone other than a parent/guardian is picking up please tell them your child's wristband number to pick your child up from camp.

Counselor In Training Program: Is your child 12-13 years old?  Does camp seem a little young for their liking, but you need a place for them to go?  EWA will enlist them in our CIT (Coaches In Training) Program making camp *1/2 the price for you!  Your child will assist camp counselors during summer camps and learn the EWA ropes.  Ask our office staff about signing your child up for this exciting program!

*CITs must attend camp all 5 days for the week and the weekly rate will be cut  in 1/2 for these helpers.  If you want to be a CIT, you must attend the ENTIRE week!  Registration fee and deposits are due at time of sign up.

Camp is from 9a-1p {ages 3 and older}, 1p-5p {ages 3 and older} or 9a-5p {ages 5 and older}, just select all the boxes at sign-up for full day full week.  You can also mix and match your sessions.  They do not have all be morning or afternoon, choose what works for your schedule.

Extended Time is available 7am - 9am and/or 5-6pm but is an additional fee, but free to those pre-registered for 3 or more full day/full week camps.

Pricing:

$25 Summer Camp Registration, includes camp shirt.  Good for the whole summer.

Daily Pricing:

Pre-Register Online: $45 per session or $80 for a full single day.

Walk-In: $60 per session or $100 for a full single day.

Weekly Pricing:

1/2 Day $160 - Campers may attend 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm for an entire week at a discounted rate.  Campers must attend Monday thru Friday to receive weekly rate.  Morning and Afternoon sessions can be mixed and matched during the week. ( $32 per session)

Full Day $230 - Campers attend 9am-5pm for an entire week at a discounted rate. Campers must attend Monday thru Friday to receive weekly rate ($23 per session)

Additional Fees:

Field Trips: $30 per camper.  Due by Wednesday before the field trip.  (Free if signed up for the full week)

Extra Camp Shirts: $10 per shirt.  Camper must wear their camp shirt to field trips.

Extended Time:  $15 per camper, per day or $50 for the full week.  Sign-up for 3 or more full day/full week camps and get early drop for free (schedule with the office).
