Q: How old are your drivers?

All of our drivers are not only 21 years of age or older but are also fully licensed and insured through our gym. This means your child's transportation to and from camp is not only in capable hands but also covered by comprehensive insurance, giving you peace of mind throughout the summer. Q: Do your vehicles have seatbelts?
A: Yes! Ensuring the safety and security of our campers is our top priority, and we take every measure to provide a safe environment during transportation. With working seatbelts in place, you can rest assured that your child's journey to and from camp will be both comfortable and secure. We're committed to providing a worry-free experience for both campers and their families, and our dedication to safety is evident in every aspect of our program.
Q: What happens if my kid is not a strong swimmer?
A: All children aged 6 and under will be provided with life jackets during water-based activities. We understand the importance of water safety, especially for our younger campers, and ensuring they have the appropriate gear is a priority for us. With life jackets in place, you can have peace of mind knowing that your child will be protected and secure while enjoying aquatic adventures. We're committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all campers, and our attention to safety extends to every aspect of our program. Our younger campers will never be in water that goes above their knees. All younger groups for swimming days will have adults only as their coaches for the duration of the field trip
A:If your child is older than 6 and it is brought to our attention that they are not a stronger swimmer they will be in a life jacket as well for any and all water based activities in the deep end of the water.
Q:If my child is not signed up all week, can they still go on field trips?
A: Yes! If there are spots available on the field trip, campers can join for an additional charge. We're thrilled to offer this opportunity for campers to expand their summer adventures and explore exciting destinations beyond our gymnastics facility. Q: When do your field trips take place?
A: Field trips are scheduled during the morning sessions of camp to ensure that campers have ample time to enjoy the adventure while still participating in our regular camp activities later in the day. This way, campers can experience the excitement of exploring new destinations while still having plenty of time to engage in other fun and enriching activities back at camp. We strive to provide a balanced and fulfilling experience for all our campers, and scheduling field trips during the morning allows us to achieve just that. A: Field Trips for Prosper will be on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The Anna campus will take place Thursdays and Fridays.
Q: Field trips to Schulman’s, Urban Air, Roller Skating, and Wayback Barn
A: For the safety and comfort of all our campers during field trips to Schulman's, Urban Air, Ninja Nation, Rollerskating, and Wayback Barn, we require everyone to wear closed-toe shoes. Closed-toe shoes provide the necessary protection and support for various activities, ensuring that campers can fully enjoy their time while minimizing the risk of injury. Q: Do you provide Lunch?
A: We do not provide lunch during camp sessions. Therefore, we kindly ask parents to ensure that their campers come prepared with a packed lunch every day. We want to ensure that all our campers have the energy they need to fully engage in all the exciting activities we have planned. Q: What do we bring on water park days?
A: On water park days, it's essential for your child to arrive in their swimwear and to bring along some essentials to ensure they have a splashing good time! We recommend packing sunscreen, a towel, lunch, a water bottle, and a change of clothes for your child. This way, they'll be fully prepared to enjoy all the water-based adventures without any worries. Safety and comfort are our top priorities, and having these items on hand will help ensure your child has a fantastic and memorable day at the water park. Q: What time do you come back to the gym on water park days?
A: Our return time to Eagle's Wings Athletics is typically between 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM. We aim to ensure that all campers are safely back at our base by this time, allowing for a smooth transition at the end of the day. If you have any questions or concerns about pick-up times or need further assistance, please feel free to let us know.
Q:Do you provide snacks?
A: While we do provide a PM snack during our camp sessions, we highly recommend that your child brings along additional snacks to keep them fueled throughout the day. With all the excitement and activities, it's common for campers to work up an appetite! In the afternoon, we typically offer a variety of snacks such as animal crackers, cheese balls, and goldfish, depending on the day. However, we encourage campers to bring their favorite snacks to ensure they have plenty of options to refuel and stay energized.
Q: Are deposits refundable?
A: Regarding deposits, we want to clarify that while they are not refundable, they are transferable. This means that if circumstances change and your child is unable to attend camp as planned, you have the option to transfer the deposit to another session or camper within the same season. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to provide flexibility and support to our camp families.
Q:Will my child receive a camp shirt?
A: Camp shirts are included with the 1st week your child is signed up for camp. These shirts are serve as a safety measure on field trip days. We kindly ask that campers wear their camp shirts on field trip days to ensure easy identification and supervision.
Please note that each camper will receive one camp shirt for the duration of their time at camp. However, in the event that a shirt is lost, a replacement can be provided for a fee of $10.
Q:If my child misses a day of camp that has already been paid for, will we receive a credit?
A: Regarding missed days, we want to clarify that unfortunately, we do not offer credits or refunds for days missed by campers. Our program operates on a structured schedule, and while we strive to accommodate all campers, we are unable to adjust fees for individual absences.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we encourage families to communicate with us in advance if their child will be unable to attend camp on a particular day. This allows us to plan accordingly and ensure the best possible experience for all campers.
Q: What ages can attend?

We understand the importance of this milestone for both the camper's comfort and the smooth operation of our program. Ensuring that campers are potty trained allows us to focus on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Q: How many children are in a group?
A: The safety and personalized attention of our campers are our top priorities. To ensure that each child receives the support and guidance they need, we maintain a ratio of 1 coach for every 10 kids.
Our coaches are experienced professionals who are dedicated to creating a positive and enriching environment for every camper. Groups are organized based on age and individual needs, allowing us to tailor our activities and supervision to meet the unique requirements of each group.

Q: Is my summer camp deposit transferable to another week?
A: We're pleased to inform you that your summer camp deposit is fully transferable to another week, provided you notify us before the beginning of camp. This allows you the flexibility to adjust your child's schedule according to your needs.
