Eagle’s Wings Athletics Rules & Policies
Membership Fees - Membership Fees are due at time of enrollment. This fee is good for a lifetime and is necessary for each athlete.
Electronic Funds Transferred (EFT) Payment - We sign everyone up to take advantage of our EFT Payment System. We can draft a credit card, debit card or bank account, saving you the trouble of having to remember to write monthly tuition checks. Bank and credit card drafts will hit your account on the 1st of each month or the following business day if this date falls on a Sunday. Please note that this is required.
Missing a Class - Each Athlete is allowed to make up 1 class per month inside another class of the same level or get a free Friday Night Out or Preschool Open Gym pass, during the months of September through May. In the summer months, it is unlimited make-ups inside another class. We understand families travel during the summer and family shows up and sometimes you just have to go to the pool with your friends. So, we let you make all the days you miss during the summer.
Dropping a Class - Individuals dropping a class are to use our parent portal or submit a written drop notice to the office by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged. Store credits will be issued to members dropping between the 26th and the end of the month. No refunds will be issued for drops after the 25th. No store credits will be issued after the 1st of the month. It is not sufficient to verbally give your drop notice.
Freezing Your Membership - Freezing your account costs $10 a month and you don’t have to pay a re-enrollment fee when you return. Freeze money paid will become a credit on your account once you come back to class. Freezing your account does not guarantee your spot in a specific class.
Referral Discounts - response to your referrals, we will apply a $25 credit to your next month’s tuition for each new family referred. In order for Eagle’s Wings to reward your referral, your name must be in the “referred by” space on the registration form.
What To Wear - Boys or Girls may wear tucked in t-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Hair should be pulled neatly and securely away from the face so that is stays up for the entire workout. Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. this facility staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.
Arrival and Pick Up - Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before (no earlier please) his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our “students” may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully. Do not take a chance on your student running to and from your car.
