We hope this email finds you well during the quarantine life. As we begin preparing for what might be the new norm for sometime, we want to assure you we are working diligently in hopes of a stronger return of EWA.
As previous emails stated, tuition for all customers will be put on pause until further notice. Families that opted for option 1 paying the full month of April, will have their full April tuition set as a credit for when they return. For those families that paid half tuition to hold their spot, the remaining half of tuition will be due the first month we return to classes. All bonus classes will also be noted in customers accounts.
Continue checking our Facebook page weekly for fun videos and challenges with some of your awesome coaches. Don’t forget to send in and post pictures and videos of your athletes to share with our coaches.
Being kiddos are tired of missing classes and coaches are anxious to coach. We have decided to try a few ZOOM gymnastics classes. More information will be posted this weekend via our Facebook page.
Weekly equipment rentals are still happening, with ZOOM classes soon to start taking advantage of having a mat at home is something you don’t want to miss.
While we anxiously await for stay at home orders to be lifted we do know the end is near and cannot wait to have your kiddos with us for SUMMER CAMPS! You can book online via our parent portal and app. Only requiring 25% deposit to hold your spot, dates are transferable with no penalties. We are excited to incorporate field trips to our SUMMER CAMP program this year, however we will be taking proper precautions on places we select due to COVID-19. Our summer camp rotations will incorporate lots of cleaning.
