General Information:
Eagle's Wings Athletics offers both recreational gymnastics classes as well as competitive team gymnastics for girls. Our girls classes are for ages 6 and up and focus on the 4 Olympic events and trampoline as well as other training stations. The focus of our recreational classes is to build skills as well as self-esteem. The program is geared toward teaching the basic skills on each of the events, while developing strength and flexibility. We offer an 8:1 student/teacher ratio.
*Girls should wear a leotard or shorts and a form fitted shirt, with all their hair pulled back securely and no jewelry.

Level 1:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class
Ages 6 and up. Our level 1 class is for girls just beginning gymnastics. The goals of these classes are to give each individual basic gymnastic terminology, teach basic body positions, and posture. Girls work on the four Olympic events and trampoline.
Level 2:
Weekly – 55 Minute Class
Ages 6 and up. Level 2 builds off the foundational skills learned in level 1. In level 2 girls are taught bigger more challenging skills on each of the Olympic events, as well as trampoline.
Level 3:
Weekly – 1.5 hour Class
Ages 6 and up. Level 3 is the most advanced of our recreational gymnastics classes. Here girls are taught skills that will be challenging as well as necessary for movement to our competitive track.
Advanced Training Group (ATG):
Invitation Only (Age 3+)
Ages 3 and up. Advanced Training Group prepares girls for one of our competitive teams.
