Eagle’s Wings Athletics Rules & Policies
Membership Fees - Membership Fees are due at time of enrollment. The annual registration fee is $60 per family and is due each January but is prorated for new families.
Electronic Funds Transferred (EFT) Payment - We sign everyone up to take advantage of our EFT Payment System. We can draft a credit card, debit card or bank account, saving you the trouble of having to remember to write monthly tuition checks. Bank and credit card drafts will hit your account on the 1st of each month or the following business day if this date falls on a Sunday. Please note that this is required.
Missing a Class - Each Athlete is allowed to make up 1 class per month inside another class of the same level or get a free Preschool Open Gym pass, during the months of September through May. In the summer months, it is unlimited make-ups inside another class. We understand families travel during the summer and family shows up and sometimes you just have to go to the pool with your friends. So, we let you make all the days you miss during the summer.
Dropping a Class - Individuals dropping a class are to use our parent portal or submit a written drop notice to the office by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged. Store credits will be issued to members dropping between the 26th and the end of the month. No refunds will be issued for drops after the 25th. No store credits will be issued after the 1st of the month. It is not sufficient to verbally give your drop notice.
Referral Discounts - response to your referrals, we will apply a $25 credit to your next month’s tuition for each new family referred. In order for Eagle’s Wings to reward your referral, your name must be in the “referred by” space on the registration form.

Girls should not wear bows or other large hair ornaments that may cause discomfort during activity. All students should have activity-appropriate footwear during class. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. Jewelry should not be worn during classes. PLEASE LEAVE JEWELRY ARTICLES AT HOME. this facility staff will not be responsible for ANY items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student’s personal items are marked with their name.

Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our “students” may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.
